Cons

1. Silo-ed management but this is very normal for a large organization 2. Outdated system implementation. "Don't break what works" culture is hampering innovation 3. Lack of innovation because we're just so focused on running revenue management operations 4. You will get stuck in the rut of just executing sales activities if you're not careful 5. Your immediate manager and the client stakeholders will determine the corporate and working culture. Of course, you will have a say in some things but largely, you do not have the power to influence management decisions. Typical of a large American corporation

If you don’t want to advance your career it’s a good place to be.

Cons

There are no raises for employees regardless of performance. There’s a high turnover with counselor and admin positions
