Very Disorganized, poor communication with upper management, Upper management is all about gossip and drama. Some upper management staff love to create unnecessary drama because they think they are important and want respect from employees; realistically, they are just making it a toxic environment. Owners love to blame others for delayed work when there is such poor communication; they almost never consider their problems with managing. Workers leave often, and they don't think it's their fault.
