Pros
They have good health benefits but other than that there is nothing Pro about this place.
Cons
They don't pay their hourly employees their overtime which is against the law, The son doesn't know how to run a company and allows the 2 new manager hires to control their employees. The mother doesn't pay employees right and they mess with employees vacation hours and the father the actual owner yells at employees in front of people and calls them idiots and morons. They have lost 10 plus employees in the last 4 or so months. STAY AWAY!!!! They don't care about employees they only care about their family wealth. They don't value employees and blame the employee for leaving.
