Very Disorganized, poor communication with upper management, Upper management is all about gossip and drama. Some upper management staff love to create unnecessary drama because they think they are important and want respect from employees; realistically, they are just making it a toxic environment. Owners love to blame others for delayed work when there is such poor communication; they almost never consider their problems with managing. Workers leave often, and they don't think it's their fault.

9 Holidays and want to reduce to 8 because 9 is just too much. No end of year bonuses. Not even Chinese New Year Bonus. Terrible company culture. All the good employees leave and the bad employees get fired. It's like a revolving door.
