I also love that the company is woman-founded, which contributes to a supportive, inclusive, and empowering culture. The overall environment is incredibly positive and uplifting. The job can be very busy and fast-paced, with a high workload. However, for those who enjoy staying engaged and challenged, it can be a rewarding environment.

I've had the opportunity to grow a lot here and I appreciate the guidance and support to advance in my role. I I really appreciate the new uncapped commission structure because it's really attainable and I know my expectations for the full year. There's generally there is good work life balance, and the team is really friendly and supportive.

Just like any remote environment, you have to put yourself out there to make connections on the team. Sometimes you have to work outside of business hours but I appreciate flexible Fridays to make up that time.
