I've had the best experience working here over the last 4 + years! One of the biggest reasons I enjoy this company is the amount of opportunity for growth and career advancement. Leadership truly encourages employees to develop their skills and pursue new opportunities within the organization. Being fully remote provides an excellent work-life balance and allows me to be productive while maintaining flexibility. I also love that the company is woman-founded, which contributes to a supportive, inclusive, and empowering culture. The overall environment is incredibly positive and uplifting. Team members are encouraged, recognized for their contributions, and genuinely supported in their success. Another standout benefit is Flex Fridays, which help promote balance and give employees additional flexibility to recharge and focus on what matters most. Overall, it's a rewarding place to work with a strong culture, meaningful growth opportunities, and a leadership team that truly cares about its people.

New compensation was rolled out and was so much more lucrative as a Talent Manager! It was really hard to walk away from this. Supportive team and a manager that cared about my development and success. I read a lot of the other reviews on here, and that was not my experience at all. I think the leadership team at Shine cares deeply about the employees and wants everyone to succeed equally. I know a few of the people that complained about favouritism while I was here, and what I think was the real issue was they wanted to do things their way. Shine intentionally created a system of openness and transparency so that all managers share contacts and support each other....the team that i head complain were the people that wanted to keep things to themselves rather than think in the best interest of the talent. I loved my time at Shine and learned so much here. There is great potential for growth but you have to want to work hard for it!
