      The only pro is getting your foot in the industry.

      Cons

      Where to start… Shine is the definition of high school drama. The favouritism there is ridiculous. If you’re not part of the “in” group, you get shunned, excluded and are badly talked about. There is no work-life balance. You give up your weekends and evenings. Your manager does their own thing during the day and leaves the workload all on you. The pay is well below industry average. You get no support from management and when you go to them with feedback about your manager, they brush you off. From a talent management perspective, they aren’t willing to negotiate talent rates hence why agencies go to competitors.
