Pros
• Work from home.
• Health stipend.
Cons
• Repeatedly would go on hiring sprees only to lay off tons of people months later, some even after poaching theme from other companies.
• Keeps toxic employees, lays off ones trying to save the ship.
• Executive team is not accessible, treats many as “below them”, and is not honest or transparent with the team. CEO and CTO inexperienced. CFO is a joke.
• No team meetups or team building, unless you’re in sales, no holiday parties/get togethers.
• Teams are siloed and collaboration is strained, many have animosity against one another for whatever reason. More finger pointing than collaborating.
• Department concerns or needs are ignored. No career development or opportunity to grow within the company for many.
• Below market salary, no bonuses, raises negligible, nearly offensive.
• Basic health insurance. Poor 401k matching.
• Work/life balance expectations problematic.
• No real direction for the company, just survival mode.
