Unrealistic targets in a highly saturated market, making it extremely difficult to consistently achieve 100% quota. Repetitive outreach to the same accounts that have already been contacted multiple times (e.g., declined by colleagues just a few months prior), which reduces effectiveness and morale. Limited opportunities for career growth or internal progression. High-pressure environment with little tolerance for underperformance employees who do not quickly reach full quota are often let go within a few months. Even missing the target by a very small margin (e.g., 85.5%) can still result in termination, with little flexibility or support.
