Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We have some amazing leaders who ensure that employees don't feel micro-managed, yet still feel supported, thank you for this feedback. We did have a tough few months at the start of COVID and unfortunately had to make some difficult decisions to stabilise the business, it sounds like this may have impacted you.
