Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. I'm glad to hear that you are enjoying your time with us, and enjoy the team environment and culture. Our people are our biggest asset and we pride ourselves on building high performing teams, whilst creating a flexible, friendly and inclusive environment to work in. Whilst we like to celebrate and socialise, we do this in a variety of ways to ensure we are inclusive for all of our employees. Due to Covid-19 we have been restricted in how we do this given most of our employees have been working from home. However, more recently we had our Summer Party in Dallas where we celebrated by going to a baseball game, we've held virtual painting parties, hosted morning tea's to celebrate Pride & Diversity and our LGBTIQ community, we came together for International women's day, host virtual yoga amongst other team based activities/events that our managers are able to access through at Staying Social@SiteMinder initiative. This provides managers with a quarterly budget to connect and celebrate with their teams. If you would like a confidential discussion to chat about your feedback, Please reach out to me and I'd be happy to organise a call. Thanks again Bec Donnelly HR People Operations Director
