Great to see you are having such a positive experience and enjoying our friendly and collaboratibe atmoshere as well the flexibility of the hybrid model. Also great to see that you feel supported by your manager and have autonomy. Whereas we don't have a bonus specifcially liked to targets for Cutomer teams , I hope you can see how high performance against targets is rewarded in other ways e.g. opportnity to progress via the Career Pathway with associated salary increase, opportunity to receive a higher performance rating at year end etc Please do reach out if you would like to discuss in more detail and thanks again!
