At SkyView, we strive to ensure each team member’s role is meticulously defined, so that all team members are aware of, and appreciate, the contributions of their fellow team members. Our regular company feedback sessions are designed to encourage 360-degree honest feedback, and help us create a transparent professional environment.
Our process depends on each team member successfully filling their role and when a cog in the wheel is missing or malfunctioning, the entire team feels the increased operational pressure. Our desire is to create an empowering work environment where each team member has the opportunity to showcase their strengths to an appreciative team.
