Pros

Met some amazing people working here

Cons

Vastly underpaid for the job I performed due to the cheap nature and selfishness of the owner. The owner micromanages every employee and is very hard to reason with. The turnover is extroadinarily high due to the owners mentality of "I'll just hire someone else to come in and put more money in my pocket." Very rarely did any employee feel appreciated working here.

Our process depends on each team member successfully filling their role and when a cog in the wheel is missing or malfunctioning, the entire team feels the increased operational pressure. Training manual (online), Salesforce, and live training sessions that help either troubleshooting.

Cons

Promised mentorship and zero leadership care to oversee so that brokers can get what they need to level up. You are completely disposable and they are not looking to make you a better broker. I saw individuals disappear/be let go, one by one, two full classes of new associate brokers while I was there (almost a year). I kept believing in their quality and growth and they did not show professional improvement within. There was a slight threatening vibe. It’s a call center vibe. Also they have their staff do reviews on Glassdoor so they can up their look.
