•Poor leadership with a micromanaging owner who has created a challenging work environment. •Work-life balance is not valued; leaving the office at 5 PM is often looked down upon, with expectations to stay until 6-8 PM. •Travel can be enjoyable, but it often requires giving up weekends once or twice a month without additional time off to compensate. •While the team is small and committed, the workload is overwhelming, leading to potential burnout. There’s little downtime, and you’re always on the road and on tight deadlines. •Reporting issues: Revenue numbers often don’t align with commission reporting, requiring additional work to reconcile and ensure proper pay. This stems from poor systems, not staff errors. •The office is dog-friendly, which can be distracting in open spaces, especially during sales calls.
