Decent work/life balance, but will axe you immediately - Business Operations Specialist II Snap Employee Review

I was one of the 20% of workers laid off on 8/31. There didn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to how they selected who gets let go. People who had been with Snap for 5+ years were laid off, while others who were junior level and had just joined the past few months were able to stay. I enjoyed my time at Snap, but don't accept RSUs as a part of your income because it is pretty much worthless and guaranteed to go down in value.
