      Paid health insurances, parental leave, and many more great benefits

      Cons

      Fragmented teams and processes and often large projects that lack strategic direction. End of the day it all depends on Evan's opinion on business analysis and facts. They dropped bonuses going forward and ongoing equity is no longer guaranteed annually either.

      - most people are kind and nice to work with - good food and benefits - decent pay

      Cons

      - egos and competition depending on team due to performance structure - low bar for talent in some functions like product and design - incompetent leadership
