      Comp is good, benefits are good. Some good colleagues

      Cons

      - Many Amazon leaders and long time toxic leaders - Culture used to be good but became bad since the stock dropped by > 80% - I hear they are doing quarterly perf review/pip these days

      - most people are kind and nice to work with - good food and benefits - decent pay

      Cons

      - egos and competition depending on team due to performance structure - low bar for talent in some functions like product and design - incompetent leadership
