Pros

I have a great experience working at Sodales! From day one, the team is incredibly welcoming, approachable, and always willing to help. The company has a strong culture of knowledge sharing, and I continue to learn a tremendous amount by working alongside experienced and supportive colleagues. One thing I particularly appreciate is that employees are made to feel valued. Leadership recognizes contributions, encourages growth, and provides opportunities to take on new responsibilities. It's motivating to work in an environment where your ideas are heard and your efforts are noticed. The onboarding and initial training are well structured, making it easier for new employees to get up to speed. The hybrid work model, with the flexibility to work from home three days a week, provides a great balance between collaboration and personal flexibility. Another highlight is the company culture. Sodales regularly organizes social events that allow employees to connect outside of day-to-day work, helping build strong relationships across teams. Leadership also does a great job of keeping everyone informed about company updates, new initiatives, and future plans, creating transparency and making employees feel connected to the company's direction.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, priorities and processes can change quickly, so being adaptable is important. Some processes are still evolving, but it's great to see continuous improvements being made.
