The pay here is really disappointing. There hasn't been a raise in two years, and even before that, it was already below what others in the industry are getting. The way the company is chaotic, and because of that, there aren't many good projects to work on. They say there are chances to move up, but in reality, they don't really encourage it. The company tries to make itself look good with things like breakfasts and team-building events, but most of the time, those things either don't happen or we have to pay for them ourselves. On top of all that, there's practically no feedback on your work.
