      There is no advancement, the salaries are very low, and the projects are boring.

      There are many good professionals at the company,There is no gatekeeping, and the colleagues are nice. Unlimited home office.

      Cons

      There is no opportunity for advancement at the company. They say there is, but they hold people back and obscure the truth. The salaries are very low, significantly below the market minimum. Over the past year, a significant number of people have left the company, and currently, most employees are interviewing elsewhere. Management is completely oblivious and does not consider the interests of the employees.

      The company has a bunch of nice people who are also great professionals.

      Cons

      The pay here is really disappointing. There hasn't been a raise in two years, and even before that, it was already below what others in the industry are getting. The way the company is chaotic, and because of that, there aren't many good projects to work on. They say there are chances to move up, but in reality, they don't really encourage it. The company tries to make itself look good with things like breakfasts and team-building events, but most of the time, those things either don't happen or we have to pay for them ourselves. On top of all that, there's practically no feedback on your work.
