      Pros

      Fast growing company, and their items are amazing to buy

      I wish I had read the reviews before working here, the management do not care about your personal life I.e mental health or family illness/bereavements. I left the company 4 months ago, and it was the best thing I ever did. The management team on certain departments are not there to help you, they are there to belittle you and blame you for every aspect of your work. One day you will be the favourite, the next nobody will say a word to you, not even morning when you are walking through the office. You can always tell also when you had made a mistake as nobody will talk to you, until you are pulled into a meeting a spoken to like dirt on the bottom of their shoe.

      - Offers a great and sustainable work/life balance by offering WFH Monday and Fridays, late start of 9.30am and very flexible with apts etc - An abundance of autonomy and trust given from managers to complete your projects, with assistance available if needed - VERY generous holiday allowance, many gifted holidays yearly as a thank you to the staff which is really appreciated - lovely location, located in the heart of wilmslow with many local amenities on the door step - the people make Sosandar, some truly lovely people who all support one another

      Cons

      - doesn’t offer flexi-time - promotions tend to be given due to time worked not the work accomplished in the time - you need to pay to park on site, however you can park in local residences a short work away - lack of credit given on accomplishments
