Diverse set of problems statements and decent amount of time to work on it makes it a great place to improve your knowledge and build your expertise. Individual abilities and interests are weighted in work allotment.

Since analytics are a support team to product team( like in many organizations) ad-hoc projects and random data requirements can exhaust analysts for no reason(at times).

No pro as of now. All employees are slowly leaving company.

Management of Product analytics team is hostile. They will mistreat you, bully you, overload with work, make you manipulate data to fit specific stories to get apprise from their managers. I worked here for sometime and the management was extremely hostile and hard to work with. Would not recommend
