Pros

Very strong culture that is friendly, transparent and focuses on employee happiness. As with all agencies work ebbs and flows but in general work life balance is very balanced and a 40 hour work week is typical. The team is all senior and tenured and it's refreshing to work with people who are all A players and experts in their respective areas.

Cons

Would be nice if a greater share of health insurance was covered but overall benefits are solid. Having trouble thinking of any. This truly is a wonderful place to work.

Pros

+ No micromanagement + Fun environment + Very approachable supervisors and team mates + Big room for growth (they have quarterly Professional Day, where you can study anything while getting paid) + Fun culture + Bountiful PTO and OOO + Flexible time (as long as it has a atleast a 4-hour overlap)

Cons

- maybe this one just one time, but we were let go abruptly, no warnings, no nothing. I'm assuming this is due to the recent merger/acquisition and personnel had to be let go.

Pros

If you care about your job, the results you produce, and the people you work with - then this the place for you. Having experience in working with other inbound marketing agencies, I knew what the job required, and I was looking for a company that did more than just deliver tactics or blow their ego up in their spare time. I was very cautious and careful during my interview process to spot any red flags and I am beyond happy to share that everything I learned about Square 2 Marketing during my recruitment has proven to be true. Like I said, if you're looking for a "job," and really just want to punch in and out, this may not be the place for you. But, you want to innovate? Expand your own skills? Change the way the world markets - come here. The bulleted list: - Recruitment was fun - Benefits after 30 days - Paid maternity/paternity leave - Easy access to the leadership team/owners if ever needed - BIG celebrations for when we reach goals - The room to grow yourself - Competitive salary

Cons

Like with any agency, transition and change are parts of the culture. Marketing and our industry is constantly changing and in order to remain ahead of the curve we have to move quickly - this may not be for everyone.
