Pros

Most of the people working here genuinely love Stackla. There is still a start up feel in that everyone pitches in to help others when needed and there's a very much team feeling across multiple departments which is great. But that's where the start up ends, as the product and clients we have are world class and compete (and win) with some other larger players in the industry. The product is something to be proud of, and the dev to do an amazing job at keeping it ahead of the pack. The Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams work hard and celebrate our wins together. There is definitely a supportive and fun culture among the business, with everyone striving to be the best while having fun with colleagues along the way (a healthy fun level of competition but nothing off-putting). The management are pretty good in their approach to work/life balance and recognise when we put the extra work in. The office itself is a fun place to be with perks like food in the kitchen and exercise and foodie clubs. The salaries seem fair and the camaraderie make it a great fun place to work. t's a business to be pro

Cons

The office in Sydney could be in a better location, but it's not too bad and it's a work in progress.

Pros

The people and culture here is amazing. I love that I can be myself and not worry about politics and feel appreciated for the work and energy I put in. Everyone is very supportive and pushes each other to do the best. The product is constantly evolving to prove value in the market. The team works very hard we're a start up but Work/life balance is expected and everyday we are learning together and it really has that tight knit family feel. Stackla probably is my favorite job thus far. A lot of people boast about culture and transparency at their company but very few actually live up to it. The vetting process for culture fit here is very strong, they want to make sure everyone is a good fit, no jerks here! Honestly if you can laugh, goof around and be yourself at a job while learning and being challenged and inspired everyday, what more can you ask for?

Cons

Communications throughout the team can be difficult due to different time zones and no conference app is perfect. It's a start up so there is a lot of scaling and pivoting. But if you can't handle the pressure and hard work that comes along, maybe start ups isn't for you. People come in early and stay late because there is A LOT of work to do
