Build relationships with your clients, as you get to know them over time. Able to explain how clients coverage works and help them make educated choices. Helping people.
Cons
Very demanding for the pay. Stressful to satisfy all clients. No retirement benefits. No discount on insurance. Lack of understanding on clients, agent and managements part as to how demanding job is.
