- Good networking opportunities -Tons of employee events and ways to get involved in the community -Company sponsored volunteer events (2 paid days a year to volunteer) -Flexible work scheduling/work from home depending on the department you're in
Cons
-Salary below average -Raises, bonuses, promotions are not significant -As with a lot of companies, a lot of office politics, unequal treatment and favoritism between employees from managers. -Employee morale affected by offshoring and frequent layoffs.
