Cons
Shrinking positions. Layoffs constantly. Bonus pool is zero. Outsourcing jobs to India. They said compliance layoffs were done but more compliance folks were laid off. My team of 5 is down to just me and they don’t have the budget to fill those roles. Currently looking for new jobs. Stay away from state street as much as you can.
