Cons
-Bills itself as a technology company but actually powered by a hamster on a wheel. -Little to no opportunity for advancement unless people above you quit. -Cost of benefits have steadily increased while options have decreased. -Terrible performance management process. Executives publicly say that there is no forced distribution but all people managers are forced to re-evaluate staff to bump their performance rating down to meet the expected ratings distribution.
