Pros
Company is doing well, growing stage, a lot of opportunities to work on exciting projects, learn from very smart people and grow. I appreciate that there's opportunities for development - linkedin learning, learning stipend, regular structured feedback and career conversations, career tracks, open door to leadership.. Work-life flexibility and benefits are better than any other company i've worked at. The work can be a lot, but I've never had an issue adjusting my day hours as needed, taking longer breaks for appointments or taking time off.
Cons
Change is frequent, my role has shifted 3 times in the past year and often you have to figure out things on your own.
