Pros
This company is great! There are a lot of perks, and management genuinely cares about your well-being. The team is small, but that seems to keep everyone more engaged between teams. I love that I'm trusted to get my work done without being micromanaged, it provides a sense of freedom and mutual trust.
Cons
The new-hire training leaves a little to be desired, but we're currently working to improve the process. The only other con would be that the pay is on the low side.
