The company experienced significant organizational changes during my time there, which created challenges around consistency, communication, and managerial support. While enablement resources were available, training and development opportunities sometimes felt unevenly distributed, and communication between leadership and the sales team could have been more effective. Employee morale was often impacted by these changes, particularly during high-pressure periods when management communication sometimes felt reactive rather than supportive. Greater transparency, consistency, and engagement from leadership would help improve the overall employee experience. That said, the CEO consistently maintained a positive and approachable presence, which was appreciated. The BDR team and in-office Account Executives were also outstanding colleagues who helped create a collaborative and supportive environment throughout periods of change. Employee morale was generally low, and I believe there are opportunities for leadership to improve transparency, engagement, and team support. That said, the CEO consistently demonstrated a positive attitude and approachable leadership style, which was appreciated. Additionally, the BDR team and in-office Account Executives were exceptional colleagues who helped create a collaborative and supportive work environment despite the challenges.
