Majority of colleagues are hard working and hugely knowledge with sharing work ethics

Cons

Some very blurred lines between global teams, basic principles in several areas require addressing in a major way! Management more taken with quantity over quality it appears. It won't end well when clients catch wind

Pros

The understanding of the higher ups, and the compassion they show. AND the fact that you could reach out to the Former CEO directly and have a normal conversation with them.

Cons

Some management cant seem to get a handle on some rowdy, rude, and disruptive employees, and it makes it seem like favoritism.
