Pros

The understanding of the higher ups, and the compassion they show. AND the fact that you could reach out to the Former CEO directly and have a normal conversation with them.

Cons

Some management cant seem to get a handle on some rowdy, rude, and disruptive employees, and it makes it seem like favoritism.

Pros

I'm writing this review after dedicating 10 years of my career to Sterling, and it's hard to put into words how disheartening it's been to see the company's culture deteriorate. When I first joined, Sterling felt like a supportive and collaborative environment where employees were valued and encouraged to grow. However, over the years, I've witnessed a gradual shift towards a toxic atmosphere that prioritizes profits over people.

Cons

The final straw for me was when I expressed my genuine concerns about the company's direction and my own happiness. Instead of listening and addressing my issues, I was met with indifference and a lack of support. It became clear that my well-being and loyalty meant little to the leadership. The fact that I could simply "walk away" after a decade of dedication, without any effort to understand or retain me, speaks volumes about the company's priorities. It's a shame to see a once-promising workplace become so utterly dismissive of its employees' happiness.
