Pros
A very fast growing company that is taking the trade supply of windows, doors & conservatories to the next level. Great opportunities to progress within the company.
Cons
The company seem very antiquated in its ways, procedures, and information technology, which I am sure will be addressed at some point. The senior management have not seemed to have grasped how the different branches work. Once they have sorted out their policies, procedures and IT, I am sure they will surge forward at a very fast pace.
