Pros

The people that work for this company, are by and large great. The company is rapidly growing and actively trying to make itself a better place every day. They are steering towards being a good place to work.

Cons

Staff turnover is very high. Management never listen. Problems are always someone else’s to deal with. Most people are too blinded by their own problems, to see that they could help others and get help in return. It seems like a never ending uphill struggle.

The people are great and always a good chat, laugh and help given from others esp other departments. Decent package to do with ok wage.

Cons

Management need to listen to staff and some management need to speak up for the staff members as their voices aren't heard. Only receive bonus if in sales or HR

Pros

A very fast growing company that is taking the trade supply of windows, doors & conservatories to the next level. Great opportunities to progress within the company.

Cons

The company seem very antiquated in its ways, procedures, and information technology, which I am sure will be addressed at some point. The senior management have not seemed to have grasped how the different branches work. Once they have sorted out their policies, procedures and IT, I am sure they will surge forward at a very fast pace.
