Pros

The company appears nice - because it is a showroom. That’s what it is, all show. And experience to take to the next job.

Cons

Horrible management and training. The company claims to be Christian and transparent but the fact is they are working against you and talking about you around every corner. You cannot trust coworkers because they are all worried for themselves and stressed. And you definitely cannot trust management - they lie constantly. They claim that they are there to help but they only say things to make you think you can trust them until they throw you under the bus for their own mistakes. Management and owners constantly stress that people don’t stay and it is the reason for their poor reviews. But the problem is with management not knowing how to do their job or the job they are training for. Management is extremely critical over meaningless things but they don’t train on what you need to do your job. Unless you are new to the workforce and just need experience getting treated horribly and operating under pressure, run far away from this company.

Pros

The team at Storr are some of the most genuine, caring people I've ever met.

Cons

Complex company structure can be difficult to understand, especially if you're not engaged in your work, or you don't care about your job.

Pros

They do an excellent job of recruiting talented, dedicated individuals, which makes for an enjoyable work environment on a peer level. I genuinely appreciated my coworkers—they were supportive, hardworking, and collaborative, and they played a big role in making the day-to-day experience more positive despite other challenges.

Cons

Employees are consistently overworked and underpaid, with micromanagement so strict that some are unable to participate in company events due to time constraints. There is virtually no work-life balance, and most staff feel both overburdened and undervalued. Additionally, when employees leave, the company often looks for reasons to withhold accrued PTO and treats departing staff poorly. They do not strive to follow their own core value of "Do What’s Right, Do Your Best, Treat Others As You Would Like to Be Treated."
