There were many i am no longer confident in stating there are pro's. A lot has changed to no longer provide a good environment to the sales staff.
Cons
Co.pensation plan for sales staff has changed multiple times in 5 years each time with pay cuts. All sales staff are looking for an exit because benefits have become minimal and compensation plan has been restructured to no longer be beneficial. And is set as complex draw program created for entry level sales staff fresh out of high school. CEO left the company for a year, CTO left the company, VP and founder of the co.pany resigned when CEO returned after a year of leave and company was ran by Aquisitions Specialist.
