Pros
Good benefits, remote work environment.
Cons
When you see low CEO and company ratings, and you still take the job (like I did), that's a sign of bad judgment. CEO is a tyrant who rules by fear. Only two things matter to him: him and money. Not the employees, or students, or customers. Employees are treated like commodities. Attrition has been so high during the last year, that the company created a streamlined self-serve off-boarding process. That should tell you something. Leaders "find other opportunities" if they so much as say a word that the CEO disagrees with. Micromanagement at every level and no accountability. Executives lie to each other in public forums to save face and ensure their survival. The CEO continues to churn through leadership by scapegoating his staff and replacing them to show the board that he is on top of things (re-org after re-org). Complete failure. After two years in his position, the stock continues to stagnate, and the company has nothing to show for its efforts. Can't wait to find my next opportunity someplace else.
