Pros

Nice coworkers close to home. Compensation was fair

Cons

Wow, where to begin. The COO, Andy, is a very emotionally unstable person. He regularly uses vulgarity and punches walls when he is not happy with the employee. His work Moto is "I want you to feel like you job is on the line everyday." Over 50% of the company is new, less than three months experience and he expects you the employee to know how to do everything within 30-60 days. There is not training nor guidance for new employees. He expects you to ask questions if you do not know something, but in the way of procedures how do you know what you do not know. The COO is very much a micro manager, wanting and needing to be in everyone's decisions. While his demands on his employees is great, his commitment to his position is lacking. Strolling in around 8ish and bolting out the door by 4, like his life depended on it. Health care is VERY expensive about $1200 per month for a family plan.

Pros

A small company that was trying to expand into 2nd shift. Had a lot of potential, but the timing was still in the thick of the pandemic so it didn't pan out.

Cons

There is not any con work-wise, just that the business didn't pick up back then and they had to eliminate the 2nd shift.
