Sad excuse for a company - Sales Struq Employee Review

Great culture. I work on cool and interesting stuff with really great people. Love the team.

Last year we had quite a large change in personnel but that has actually had a positive effect. The mid managers were quite cliquey and that was great if you were in the pub gang. It was hard for the rest of us that wanted to really progress and make an impact. It was initially hard when they left because there was so much change and people weren't sure where the stood. It must have been hard for the management to make such a touch call with people that been at the company so long, but even though it was hard initially the company is now much better off and it is a better and easier place to work

I was part of the early team and was there for a number of years and it was an amazing journey. We grew really quickly through a determined group of people. After proving myself I was given a big role and got to manage people way smarter than me. I was sad to leave after starting my own business but am proud and pleased to see the big jobs people have gone onto (both inside and outside of the company), testament to the development of really good people within Struq. The CEO really developed the leaders within the business in a profound way.

Late nights and lots of hard work. It was very rewarding but as you would expect in a start up, it was hard work which required dedication and persistence.
