Pros

table tennis and table football table

Cons

Disorganised, directionless, bordering chaotic work culture and strategy. Technology is temperamental and far too manual for an ad-tech co. Very few very happy clients or suppliers. Inward looking mindset with little perspective of how the outside world views the business. Next to zero budget for marketing, client entertainment, or staff socials. Ethically devoid with most junior employees forgoing commissions/bonuses while getting paid below market salaries. Overall.. the company has fallen far far behind most of its competition and has no rabbits left to pull out of the bag.

Pros

The offices are nice and well located. The CTO was alright, the engineering team had some really talented people.

Cons

I stumbled upon Glassdoor today and read these Struq reviews. It amused me that the positive reviews were all written in clusters around similar dates. I can well imagine an email out from senior management telling people to write positive reviews on here which is exactly the sort of thing they'd do - waste time on things that shouldn't matter and not focussing on their core product or service to their customers. I'm so relieved every single day that I'm out. And the bunch of people who left on the same day as me (who all left on their own volition), as well as the people who left shortly before me and who left straight after me, they all feel the same thing.

Sad excuse for a company

Pros

Table Tennis, football table and music

Cons

Chaotic crazy mess- changes happen frequently unsure what really is going on. I am also unsure of what the procedures are, as everyone does what they want. I think the staff have taken the CEO's words literally (everyone is their own executive), if any of the sales staff have worked at a real organisation they would know that they can't all be cheifs.
