Pros

The only pro was meeting a few great people.

Cons

Continuous job description changes. Bullying/harassment by a few colleagues that was brought to upper managements attention and nothing was done about even with proof provided. Lack of software knowledge by upper management. Continuous finger pointing. Lack of training. Some colleagues coming into worked wearing clothes that looked like they were slept in. Upper management not working the required 8 hours. Gender disparity and hint of sexual orientation discrimination. If you are LGBTQ+ please don’t work here. Super conservative company.

Pros

Being part of Summit Behavioral Healthcare has been a very positive experience. What stands out most to me is the genuine care every employee has for the company’s mission and for improving the lives of others. It’s clear that you can’t succeed in this field unless you truly care about helping people. It's also exciting to be part of a company that is growing and evolving so actively.

Pros

Worked with great coworker, but extremely stressful environment.

Cons

Upper management is extremely unprofessional. They do not tell managers what is going on or future steps. They laid several of us off due to RIF, but not even our managers knew. The stressful amount of worked placed on people and moving us from project to project with no hope/time to finish the one they gave us before was terrible because they couldn't make up their minds. They are trying to outsource everything. DON'T WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
