Some of the upper management are completely unhelpful. They use intimidation as a means of motivation and practice something completely different then what they preach. Many people are just surviving within this employer. Unprofessional politics and bottom line is to make money, not care about clients.

Continuous job description changes. Bullying/harassment by a few colleagues that was brought to upper managements attention and nothing was done about even with proof provided. Lack of software knowledge by upper management. Continuous finger pointing. Lack of training. Some colleagues coming into worked wearing clothes that looked like they were slept in. Upper management not working the required 8 hours. Gender disparity and hint of sexual orientation discrimination. If you are LGBTQ+ please don’t work here. Super conservative company.
