Worst documentation system known to man, and on top of that, the company requires absurd levels of detail and redundancy in its documentation, which ends up taking about twice as long as it would with other more efficient documentation systems and companies requiring far less redundancy.
Required to cover very large distances, since they have difficulty staffing due to their reputation.
