It pays well. And fast paced.

Cons

They hire anyone and expect to manage sensitive cases. Professionalism does not exist, everyone speaks vulgarity about their sensual life out loud and are very rude and disrespectful. Your cases would get sabotaged and then you get blamed for it instead of helping you.

Cons

no over time allowed and heavy work load for such a low pay rate and if you miss a day your pay will def show it.

Very unprofessional at times dont return your calls when you leave a message. Staff is unaware of what's going on with the cases do not communicate among each other.
