1. Not at all MNC culture. 2. Lack of professionalism in communication and day to day coordination. This is right from senior leadership to mid-management. 3. Fault finding culture. No collaboration. 4. India team has to fight for work, almost same as any servicing organization instead of captive. 5. Very unfriendly and difficult higher management. 6. People.oriented company with no work life balance.
