Pros

Great training which is about 2 months. Good vibe working there between staff. Offices are located downtown so easy to access with transit. Growing department which is a good sign of job security. Sales targets are not easy but not unattainable. If you work smart and willing to learn and apply, it's a good role to have. Pay is decent quite aligned with the competition and you get an annual bonus.

Cons

Management needs to be careful who they hire to supervise or manage a team. The job could become routine very quickly. Add more variety. Invest in better equipment and software to be more efficient when logging information.

Pros

Sun Life provides competitive benefits, remote work opportunities, and the chance to work alongside knowledgeable professionals. The company offers strong learning opportunities within the disability and leave management space.

Cons

Staffing reductions and increasing workloads have made it difficult for some teams to maintain service levels while preserving employee well-being. Leadership communication and support can vary by department.
