Opportunity to grow with the support of management and plenty of roles to switch between whether you're interested in the wealth or insurance side of the business.
Cons
Can't think of any major cons. One thing I noticed is that the work environment is not as vibrant as young professionals would hope it to be, but that's dependant on the team rather than the company as a whole.
