      Pros

      Sun Life provides some of the best benefits in the market. Salary was average. It is a great place for work-life balance as most employees have kids and are not asked to stay passed 4:30-5.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, if you want a dynamic role where you get to touch upon many things, this is not the company for you.
