Pros
It’s not uncommon to find people who have worked at Sun Life for decades. I myself never expected to leave after 34 years, but I was recruited away by a former coworker. You will find many decent people who care about what they do but also care about work life balance.
Cons
Bureaucracy can be a lot. It’s a big ship, so to get it to turn is a large undertaking. Also, corporate office in Canada can make for some challenges with regard to getting resources or having input
